Queen's travelled to Lennoxtown to play Campsie Black Watch in a friendly match.
The 19s started the game slowly and took 20mins to get going with the trialist keeper having to make a series of fine saves to keep the opponents from scoring.
The game was now flowing from end to end with Nadeem, Morton & McPherson all going close to opening the score, however Campsie broke away from our corner and Blockley was adjudged to bring their striker down in the box and their striker calmly scored from the resulting spot kick.
Second half Queen's created several chances and were unfortunate not to take something from the game.
Coach Robert Kelly commented 'All three trialist showed up well and will continue to train with us'
The Queen's team was: Trialist, McPherson, Green, O’Hara, Barbour, Trialist, Afzal, Blockley, MacKenzie, Nadeem & Morton
The subs were: Trialist, Graham, Jones, Sinclair & Hay.
